We are commited to helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
What we do
We are focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential through coaching, consulting, and development. The fact is that organizations and societies are at their best when they are informed by diversity of experience, thought, and practice. Yet achieving such diversity is only possible when systems, processes, and cultures are inclusive and based in equitable practices.
Jennifer’s passion is in helping organizations do the hard work required to become inclusive and equitable, and helping women and individuals in traditionally underrepresented groups identify and break through the barriers they confront in their leadership journeys.
Why Leap, Inspire, and Global?
Each of the words in our organization name have meaning relevant both to our founder and to the people we serve.
Leap.
When Jennifer was considering whether to leave the organization she had loved working for over 26 years, she had a LOT of mixed emotions to say the least! If she left, what would she do? Her identity had been so intertwined with the organization that it was difficult – even scary – to think about what her future would look like. But she would have to make a change of some sort – either leave or find another role in the organization – because her job had been eliminated in a planned restructure. Inspire.
When exploring the vision and mission of what became our company, we envisioned the people in our lives who are doing this kind of work. We remembered the people in our family histories who have taken courageous leaps of their own. And we imagined how we want our clients to feel when they work with us. The words inspire, inspiring, and inspired continued to come up for us. So we kept it!
We will work with our clients to find futures that are inspirational to them, and to those they serve.
Global.
We are global for two specific reasons. First, our practices are informed by both the research and the work we’ve done with clients globally. And second, we love working with and learning from people around the world and from different cultures. We hold a mindset that we are part of a large, global community that has some shared needs (like food and water!) and many different needs and preferences. Those differences are beautiful and together compose our global community. The way we work with our clients is first and foremost informed by their needs, practices, and cultures.

“Jennifer did a great job of keeping the group as focused as she could. We are definitely a group of women that can get off topic and go on tangents and she did a great job of bringing us back to the topic at hand and making sure we all understood the topic.
